Lai Chau — O Quy Ho Pass

A wild frontier region with O Quy Ho, one of the four great passes, the Sin Suoi Ho community tourism village and soaring peaks.

Lai Chau is a northwestern border province that still keeps its wild, magnificent character, with high mountain ranges and ethnic minority villages. Here lies O Quy Ho Pass — one of the four great passes — the green, clean and beautiful Hmong village of Sin Suoi Ho, and the peaks of Pu Ta Leng and Bach Moc Luong Tu that draw mountaineers. The cultures of the Thai, Hmong, Dao and Ha Nhi, with their markets and distinctive festivals, give this frontier land its own special appeal.
