VinWonders is in the north of the island and is the largest theme park in Vietnam by area, divided into zones themed on different civilisations — European, Egyptian, Mediterranean — with thrill rides, a water park and an aquarium. Next door is Vinpearl Safari, a semi-wild zoo where visitors ride a bus through the large-animal enclosures rather than looking in from outside. Both take a full day, and tickets are not cheap. This is a destination for families with young children; if you came to Phu Quoc for beaches and fishing villages, it is not for you.
