A Tran-dynasty pagoda in Tuc Mac village — the dynasty's ancestral home — with a fourteen-storey tower.

Tuc Mac is where the Tran dynasty came from, and Pho Minh was its household pagoda. What stays with visitors is the tower in the courtyard: fourteen storeys, nearly twenty metres, its base of blue stone carved with waves and lotus, the upper storeys of bare brick gone the colour of age. It was raised in the early 14th century to hold the relics of King Tran Nhan Tong after his death at Yen Tu — a thread running straight from this delta pagoda to that north-eastern Zen mountain. Inside, a set of Tran-era doors carved with dragons survives, a rare piece of wood from a dynasty that left little.
