A thirty-metre fall into a rock gorge, reached by slippery stone steps to the base.

Elephant Waterfall is about thirty metres high and drops straight into a narrow rock gorge; the name comes from the large boulders below, which locals see as a herd of elephants kneeling. What sets it apart from other falls near Da Lat is that you can go right down to the base and in behind the sheet of water by a rock passage — but the way down is natural stone steps, steep, wet and mossy all year, needing both hands. Above the falls is Linh An pagoda with its large Maitreya Buddha, and nearby the K'Ho people's Chicken Village, with its statue of a nine-spurred rooster from a local legend.
