Ba Be is the largest freshwater lake in Vietnam's northern mountains, where the Tay people have lived by fishing for generations. Fish caught fresh are clamped in bamboo and grilled right on the lakeshore, keeping their natural sweetness intact. This rustic dish is bound to boat cruises exploring Ba Be National Park.
