A vast field of wind turbines reaching out to sea, a symbol of green energy and a mesmerizing check-in spot in Bac Lieu.
The Bac Lieu Wind Farm is one of Vietnam's first and largest coastal wind power plants, set on the tidal flats off Hoa Binh district. Dozens of giant wind turbines over eighty meters tall rise above the vast expanse of sea and sky, their white blades turning steadily in the sea breeze to create a scene both grand and poetic. Visitors walk along the path leading into the middle of the wind farm, gaze out to sea and bask in the salty breeze. This is not only a symbol of the Mekong's aspiration for clean energy but also a strikingly impressive check-in spot, especially when sunset reddens the entire horizon.
