A syrup-filled fried pancake, split open and packed with sunflower, pumpkin seeds and peanuts.

Hotteok — a fried pancake filled with brown sugar syrup — is winter food all over Korea, but at Busan's Gukje Market they add one step: the pancake is pulled from the oil, slit open and stuffed full of roasted seeds. One bite gives you molten syrup and crunchy nuts at the same time.

Flavour: Hot and sweet, crunchy and nutty
