Coarsely minced beef pressed into patties and grilled over charcoal — Ulsan's own style of bulgogi.

In Eonyang the cattle are raised locally, and the beef is coarsely minced, pressed into rounds, lightly seasoned and grilled on a rack over charcoal rather than cooked in liquid like Seoul-style bulgogi. That method keeps the juice in the meat and gives a fragrant char. It is eaten wrapped in lettuce with ssamjang.

Flavour: Sweet with beef, smoky from the charcoal
